  Reject a public coordinate catalogue whose world differs from the enclosing world at authority/archive decisions, accepted loading, provider startup and retained recovery. JavaScript and independent Python enforce the same existing contract. Preserve current worlds, stores, accepted lineage, credentials and grants. Organizer disposable malformed-journal fixture explicitly uses private permissions; production privacy guard is unchanged. Source and installed contextual rejection gates and normal wrapper suites pass; deployment evidence is retained separately.
