    PUBLIC113 bounded client-computed movement world, source and portable reviewer evidence.

    Download REVIEWER-ENTRY.md, both source/evidence archives, release-manifest.json and SHA256SUMS. All six approved functional tasks have executed receipts; failed/corrected traces are labelled. The evidence bundle includes an offline checksum, original-digest and Ed25519 verification script with public fixture material. No private keys, raw runtime stores or private website/editor source.

    Cyberplanetary Simulator 0.13.0. Exact maintained wrapper ae2c1b2a93 selects independent native196d3ba4ccae2237900f6a7eabea822072ca78e0 and its verified normal distribution. Normal installer inputs are cyberplanetary-simulator.tar.gz, manifest.json and dependency.lock.json. The independent source archive, independent-python-0.13.0-manifest.json and cp5_independent_simulator-0.13.0-py3-none-any.whl are separately named native distribution inputs. These assets do not claim production-world installation.

    Select reviewed protocol reference 0.12.0 and independently implemented Python 0.12.0 at exact 761223630402a522e326dab824487681483b241c. Normal wrapper package includes exact SDK and independent source/wheel commitments. Full archive/installed/source member parity and reproducibility were verified. The independent Python source archive, normal wheel and distribution manifest are also supplied separately. Milestone A covers fixed-reference readers; no new producer, world-deployment, browser or multi-host campaign is claimed.

    Bounded producer-context correction: setup and producer projection use accepted public structural context for public-dependent mappings, while complete provider-local paths remain independently usable. Existing signed contracts, world identities and schema/concept selections remain unchanged. Source and installed acceptance qualifications are retained privately; production Python3.12.3/cryptography41.0.7 is preserved separately from local cryptography50.0.2 acceptance.

    Reject a public coordinate catalogue whose world differs from the enclosing world at authority/archive decisions, accepted loading, provider startup and retained recovery. JavaScript and independent Python enforce the same existing contract. Preserve current worlds, stores, accepted lineage, credentials and grants. Organizer disposable malformed-journal fixture explicitly uses private permissions; production privacy guard is unchanged. Source and installed contextual rejection gates and normal wrapper suites pass; deployment evidence is retained separately.
