    Accept the protected local Arcology base-adoption descriptor in the owning content feed, validate its absolute path and delegate receipt/context verification to the existing role-neutral loader. Viewer, agreements and all202 selected SDK members unchanged. Source and installed regressions plus live deployment evidence retained separately.
