    PUBLIC116 publishes CP 0013 0.4.3, CP 0015 0.4.5 with interactive-federated-world/v10, and CP 0006 0.17.5. Claim duration starts at the issuer's first atomic admission. Exact replay preserves the original response and does not renew execution authority. The successor clarifies issuer and reader verification duties without adding a wire field, operation or permission.

    The package pins protocol commit 4af19db936 and includes canonical standards, schemas, vectors, runners, source ZIP, manifests, checksums and independent reviews. Clean extraction reproduces all 22 runner groups and 58,491 closure checks. Historical publications, all concept sources and CP 0007 remain unchanged.

    Actual claim/replay evidence includes 38 verified signed envelopes and 11 request/response events in a bounded in-process fixture using the independent peer. Six environment envelopes remain qualified because their planet source public bundle is absent from that export; executed peer source pins are also qualified. This evidence does not establish physical distribution, travel, a dynamics solver, headset behavior or full port readiness.

    The live publication is revision b29a6d80-92ac-4e19-a105-74a28b2159bf. All 140 changed public paths and the standards download verify; seven public health routes return HTTP 200. Both writers are restored and retained analytics are unchanged. Evidence preserves a prepublication directory-ownership failure and its exact-job recovery. A later image-availability guard stopped writer restoration before changes; the exact missing images were restored and the remaining finish steps completed without repeating publication.

    PUBLIC115 and earlier releases remain unchanged. The full proving-world assignment remains separate and incomplete. See the reviewer guide and qualified raw evidence inside the kit.

    Erratum P116-META-1

    The original reviewer kit’s OLD-NEW-PINS.json.previousProtocol mistakenly names the current PUBLIC116 commit. The PUBLIC115 predecessor is 3693863df11cf6d89ef86a8be0b7a92ff744d95a. Only this packaging provenance label is corrected. The original four attachments, their checksums, tags, source commits and all standards remain unchanged.

Immutable predecessors remain available. Image/audio payload formats remain /2; current permission, task/body/context, resource and final lifetime checks remain.

    The kit includes the exact full standards download, portable executable source closure and explicit SELECTED-PROFILE, native pins, independent resource-closure review, sanitized publication evidence, checksums and reproduction guide. Clean extracted reproduction must pass 20 groups and 58,189 closure checks. Existing 12 reviewed native notices and historical CP0009 0.3.0 / CP0010 0.1.0 cycle remain; current-profile closure is acyclic.

    Standards publication and generic conformance do not establish completion of the whole integrated proving world, physical distribution, actual headset, all travel/contact/control scenarios or Expedition port readiness. The sanitized publication summary preserves original-failure and recovery receipt digests and the installed all-container image preflight guard checks (21 focused tests and 45 publisher regressions); GC and eviction policy remained unchanged.
