    PUBLIC115 standards reviewer kit. Exact protocol commit 3693863df1; public revision 997834ea-6349-4d1b-a85c-ffb25c9550b7.

    Publishes CP0012 0.4.3, CP0015 0.4.4 / interactive-federated-world/v9 and CP0006 0.17.4. This corrects the PUBLIC114 v8 resource-adoption selection omission through an explicit owned information-only child, without adding a seventeenth entry or weakening runtime refusal. Immutable predecessors remain available. Image/audio payload formats remain /2; current permission, task/body/context, resource and final lifetime checks remain.

    The kit includes the exact full standards download, portable executable source closure and explicit SELECTED-PROFILE, native pins, independent resource-closure review, sanitized publication evidence, checksums and reproduction guide. Clean extracted reproduction must pass 20 groups and 58,189 closure checks. Existing 12 reviewed native notices and historical CP0009 0.3.0 / CP0010 0.1.0 cycle remain; current-profile closure is acyclic.

    Standards publication and generic conformance do not establish completion of the whole integrated proving world, physical distribution, actual headset, all travel/contact/control scenarios or Expedition port readiness. No Expedition port, concept change or cost/performance study is included. Private editor/website source, raw configuration, credentials/private keys and personal analytics are excluded.

The source commit identifies the intended protocol repository ZIP if separately attached by the publisher. Earlier releases remain unchanged.

    The original PUBLIC115 finish encountered missing editor init and main cached images. Verified forward recovery restored healthy writers without republishing or repeating the initial revision CAS. The sanitized publication summary preserves original-failure and recovery receipt digests and the installed all-container image preflight guard checks (21 focused tests and 45 publisher regressions); GC and eviction policy remained unchanged.
